NSW Government releases thirteen pre-approved housing designs in “Pattern Book”

Thirteen new housing designs have been commissioned for the New South Wales Housing Pattern Book, as per the state government, with the aim to make the delivery of homes faster.


Some architects say it incentivises quicker quality builds, whereas others believe the patterns shouldn't be a "one-size-fits-all" housing solution.


Here at CQA, we believe that standardisation is a good thing.
